After your order has been processed, it will be delivered free via one of these carriers, depending on the order value and destination:

For orders valued at $700.00 or more, shipping is via FREE FedEx, DHL or UPS Priority Overnight service, arriving the day after your order is processed and shipped.
For orders valued at $200.00 to $700.00, shipping is via FREE FedEx, DHL or UPS 2nd day service, arriving two business days after your order is processed and shipped. For faster delivery, at the time of checkout, you can upgrade your shipping to FedEx or UPS Priority Overnight for a $16 additional cost.
For orders valued under $200.00, shipping is via FedEx, DHL or UPS ground service at a cost of $8.95 per shipment, arriving between 3 and 5 days after order is processed and shipped. For faster delivery, you can upgrade your shipping at the time of checkout to 2nd day ($15) or overnight ($25) |

- Loose stones : Usually ship within 1 business day
- Aspire and Casino Collections : These items are made especially for you and will ship to you approximately 14-18 business days after order
- Estrella Collections : These items are made especially for you and will ship to you approximately 5-7 business days after order
- All other items : Will ship to you usually within 2 to 4 business days after order (please allow an extra day for ring sizing, if necessary)
For your protection, we will always:
- Insure and Register your Moissanite jewelry for its full value in shipment
- Require that all deliveries be made to a physical address rather than a P.O. Box
- Require a signature on all packages valued over $100
If your Moissanite jewelry item is a gift and you want to keep it a surprise, we can always ship to another location you specify at checkout. In some cases, we may need to confirm an alternate address over the phone for security purposes
